He is going to show you how to undo some of the damage that you may have done and might continue to do this holiday season as a consequence of all of the feasts and holiday parties you are planning to attend.

EXERCISE DESCRIPTION

Here is a great exercise to help tone and tighten your inner thighs, as well as your hamstring and build a better butt. This is an exercise that can be done at home, at the gym, or even outside with minimal equipment. For those who have inner thigh fat that they want to get rid of or just want to tone the inner thighs more, this is for you.

This exercise you will do 3 times a week for great results.

You will do 3 to 4 rounds of 10 to 15 repetitions.
For Toning: Do 15 reps with moderate weight. Challenging but not too heavy.
For building: Do 10  reps with heavier weight. Heavy but one you can control.

*VERY IMPORTANT*

  1. Always keep your chest up and your chin up. If not, you can hurt your back.
  2. Try not to let the knees move over your toes. This way you work the correct muscles.
  3. Focus on bringing your butt back and dropping it low. This helps ensure you work the muscles well.

Always take your time and use weight you can control. Control is whats important, speed is not Enjoy.
