Here is a great exercise that is both challenging and very effective. Plank Twists work the obliques, but can also give your entire core a good challenge. When performing this exercise, be sure to take your time and do not allow your hips to sink into the mat.

This will help tone and even shrink those annoying love handles, helping to get your waist slimmer and tighter.

Do 3 to 4 rounds and 10 to 15 reps each side.
