Rosemary and Lemon Pepper Chicken is an amazing lunch option thats full of protein to build your body. Instead of using pre seasoned mixes, use the following:

  1. Whole Chicken Breast cut in half
  2. (5) pinches of Sea Salt
  3. Ground Pepper
  4. Chopped Rosemary
  5. 1 cup Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  6. Mix ground pepper, sea salt, Rosemary, and lemon juice in a container
  7. Then pour over chicken pieces.
  8. Drop into the stove, grill or oven.
