Rosemary and Lemon Pepper Chicken is an amazing lunch option thats full of protein to build your body. Instead of using pre seasoned mixes, use the following:
- Whole Chicken Breast cut in half
- (5) pinches of Sea Salt
- Ground Pepper
- Chopped Rosemary
- 1 cup Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Mix ground pepper, sea salt, Rosemary, and lemon juice in a container
- Then pour over chicken pieces.
- Drop into the stove, grill or oven.
