Protein and Good Carbs will help shape, tone, and build your body. For weight loss, focus on Fish and Chicken for your protein. For weight management or growth, focus on fish, chicken, and Turkey.

Complex carbs or Good Carbs, are great for energy, as well as growth. Focus on foods like Quinoa, Brown Rice, Sweet Potatoes, Oatmeal, and multigrain bread. These carbs, when  properly used, are least likely to be converted to fat. Also be sure to get in your veggies with every meal. Colorful veggies are always a plus and help bring more nutrients to your meals. Keep working hard my friends.
