Chest Fly’s is an exercise that’s great for toning and building the muscles in the chest area. With the stretching of the arms, this exercise can be very beneficial when it comes to removing annoying fat from the side of the chest (where the underarm meets the chest) or the bra area for most woman. This exercise can also help develop and tone the shoulders as well. Use moderate weight or a weight that is challenging but doable.
